In case you didn't know that
Saddam had his own beer and beer logo, here's proof. Proves that anybody can
have their own logo, and you don't have to be a brewmaster to do it. Of course
it helps if your word is law. Beer logos can be featured around anything you
like, although seals and ribbons give some air of approval. Makes you wonder
what Saddam's beer is called now, and what the logo looks like. |

Now I don't know where Cartersville is or how
they managed to have their own brewing department, but they have a beer logo to
prove it. The logo elements are a bit unclear except for the grain. If you make
your own beer you probably know. It proves that you don't have to be too obvious
about what you put on your logo. If you know it's about your beer and you say
so, chances are your logo will serve its purpose. |

Here we have a simple but elegant beer logo. Note a few things. The
quality of the text graphic help to make this logo stand out. The dark green
with the red outline give it a real punch that you want your beer logo to have.
Also, the crown on the logo give it class. And don't overlook the color linking.
The red in the crown ties it to red in the text graphic. Your eye knows what
makes a nice graphic, even if your mind doesn't. Now, that says nothing about
the beer itself, but the issue here is a good graphic, not necessarily a good
beer!

Here is an in-your-face beer logo. Before you
notice the name of the beer, the logo element that hits you is the nasty look
that says "don't mess with me." The hat set at an angle furthers the feeling
that this is one cat not to tangle with. Is that the image you want your beer to
have? Well then, make your logo bold and brassy. If your beer tends to bite and
scratch, so much the better. They can't say you didn't warn them - the logo says
it all. |
